For duplication orders turnaround is within 1-2 days for bulk disc orders, any orders with printed inserts such as jewel cases or DVD cases turnaround is within 2-3 days. Printed card wallets take 6 days and digipacks 10 days. Replication is 7-10 days.
All our turnaround times are business days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. These are also estimated turnaround times as situations can sometimes come up which could delay your order.
Our turnaround times are based on each individual quote and can vary based on quantity, packaging type and our current workload. Overnight and Express turnarounds are available for an additional cost — contact us with your requirements for details.
We offer Standard, Express and Overnight turnaround times. Express and Overnight turnaround times may be subject to quantity limits, and some packaging like digipacks is not available with an Overnight service.
We use noon as a production deadline. If we have all parts and your artwork proofs are approved before noon on a business day (Monday to Friday), that counts as Day 0. After noon, the next day counts as Day 0.
If your order and payment arrive by noon on Day 0, your order will be shipped the next day (Day 1). If they arrive after noon on Day 0, your order will ship on Day 2. Digipacks and some card packaging are excluded.
If your order and payment arrive by noon on Day 0, your order will be shipped 48 hours later (Day 2). If they arrive after noon on Day 0, your order will ship three days later on Day 3. Digipacks and some card packaging are excluded.
If your order and payment arrive by noon on Day 0, your order will run on the current standard turnaround times based on the product and packaging ordered.
For duplication our minimum order is 25 units. On replication, CD is available from just 100 units, while DVD and Blu-Ray replication has a minimum order of 1000 units.

We accept payments via credit or debit card, bank transfer, cheque or PayPal.
We will email you PDF proofs of your artwork layout for approval, please check them carefully.
You can upload your artwork directly, or email it to us. All artwork must be minimum 300 dpi (CMYK). Accepted file types: PDF, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG. You can also send artwork with your master on another disc.
We sure do, please send us an email and request your required template and we shall get those emailed over to you.
We recommend sending us an actual master disc in the post, all copies will be identical copies of your master disc. You can also make them available for download — audio discs need to be DDP images or .bin/cue images, and ISO images for DVD discs.
Yes, absolutely. Our CD/DVD duplication printing utilises high resolution direct on disc print methods — we don't use stickers — plus with our UV Inkjet printing on thermal discs option your discs get a durable, waterproof, glossy finish as part of the print itself.
All our printed discs and printed parts are high resolution and high quality, we only use grade AAA discs and high quality paper stocks. You can request samples which we will send out in the post for you to take a look over.
All orders are sent via next working day delivery, with full tracking details supplied on dispatch of your order. Someone will need to be in to sign for your parcel when it arrives.
We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, sometimes we're here on Saturday depending on our current workload. Out of hours calls are routed to mobiles up till 10pm.
